I'm just scared of waking up that early. I used to go before I had kids and I could come home and sleep. I liked being out and about with all the people that early.
i am not a fan of crowded stores, hard-to-find parking, long lines, etc. Black friday just sounds... bleh.
But my friends and I ARE going to the outlet stores tomorrow. And I usually try to be done with Christmas shopping before thanksgiving. If I do go out on "black friday" it's always after 11a. and I've found that at places like Kohl's if you ask, "Can you still give the sale price?" they will almost always answer, "yes... but only until 4p"... (even the ad might say from 7a-11a only)
I am with you, I don't do any Black Friday shopping, mostly because I value my life, and also because we never have money when that day rolls around, our pay days and bills never seem to work it out so we can get those "amazing" deals. I can most definitely do without the madness of it all. Besides people have been killed and trampled to death just to save some bucks. Down with commercial Christmases anyway! What ever happened to home made thoughtful kinds of gifts? Or giving to those without instead of those who already have plenty? It's definitely not worth all of the drama, and I'm a person who loves a good deal, but I'll get mine at the already inexpensive stores ( dollar stores and thrift stores) anyday rather than deal with those crazy crowds!

I have gone shopping on that day, but not so early in the day when all the crazy shoppers are out.
