Weigh In Day

today is the day that i weigh myself so we'll see how i've done so far. if i lost one pound it will all have been worth it.

If you don't lose some weight from the exercising, just think, you are building muscle and muscle weighs more than fat. But, we can only use that excuse for so long because you don't gain 5 lbs of muscle in a day. But, back to the building muscle, the more muscle mass you have, the more fat you burn.
