Funny Ha Ha
sometimes kids say the funniest stuff. we live near a city called sparks. derek needed to go there one night to pick up some stuff for his brother. we told the kids we were going to sparks. they never got out of the car and derek got whatever and then we started to go back home. emmy realized that we were near our house and she started crying and saying that she wanted to go to sparkles. i didn't quite know what she was talking about, but then i finally caught on. i told her we'd already been there, but she just kept crying and saying we needed to go to sparkles. derek tried to get me to stop laughing, but that was about impossible.

I love it. Poor girl must have been devastated! My cry and cry when they fall asleep and they sleep through costco, or the grocery store. Caden actually accused me of lying to him about going once. I couldn't stop laughing either. I wish I could go to a place called sparkles!
My youngest always mixed up cows and horses. We would point out a horse and he would say NO, COW! And if we showed him a cow he would say, NO, HORFE (no that is not a misspell. He called it a horfe)
Did she think she was going to play with sparklers? Just another month for that. Does Nevada allow home use fireworks?
oh no. all fireworks are outlawed here. only certain people are allowed to set them off on the 4th of july.
take her to the mall with a fountain. tell her it's "sparkles" and let her toss a penny in. cased closed and YOU don't have to come up with some stupid craft that gets "sparkles" everywhere! lol!
