every year a town near mine holds an event called "the Candy Dance". i went last year for the first time. my sister-in-law and i were looking at all the different bags trying to get some inspiration for ourselves. i don't remember much candy, but i wasn't really looking for it. last year i had my kids with me. they were barely potty trained, and emmy pooped in her pants. this year i am not taking the kids. i'm going with a different sister-in-law and her mother and sister-in-law. it should be really fun.

Some festival friends of ours is doing their Texas Twister Lemonade booth at the Candy Dance. The husband is Kent and his wife is Barbara. You should swing by and say hi and that you know me. Maybe they will give you a discount.
dang it! i already got home and i even saw that booth and i almost went there! i wish i would have known ahead of time.
so, is it an arts and crafts festival? the big one here is Swiss Days. One of these years I am definitely gonna go!
